Dividend
In the long term, we are aiming for a payout ratio of at least 30%. The dividend is closely related to the sustainable earnings performance.
For fiscal 2008/2009, a dividend of €0.30 was paid. This corresponds to a total dividend amount of €139 million.
On the reference date of September 30, 2009, the dividend yield amounted to 1.3%.

All stockholders are eligible to receive a dividend according to the number of shares they hold in their securities account on the day of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). There is no minimum holding period before or after the AGM. Treasury stock held by the company is not eligible for dividend payments.
The dividend is paid out on the next banking day after the day of the AGM.
